Unfortunately we do not sell our products in brick and mortar stores and the majority of our resellers are online retailers such as Amazon, B&H Photo, Walmart, or eBay.

Thanks to our future-proof system our mounts never become outdated, as you upgrade or change your tablet you simply need to purchase a MagConnect compatible case for that device which will still continue to work with your existing mount.

Yes our arms are interchangeable between different bases, however our mounts are available in two different sizes - 20mm and 26mm. It is important to know which ball joint your mount utilizes in order to know compatibility with other mount bases, if you require any assistance simply contact a Joy Factory representative for assistance!

Yes! You can find replacement screen protectors for the aXtion Bold here.

We've preselected the most popular bundles and have made those available across various models, however not all cases and mounts are available as a bundle. For these items you can simply add them to your cart individually and the price will be the same as if you were to purchase them as a bundle.

Since we are a prime manufacturer of mobility products we have the full ability and capacity to offer both OEM and private labeling of goods. Please reach out to our sales team directly for further assistance here.

aXtion Pro cases feature built-in screen protection for the tablet screen and rear-facing camera. Temporary protective film covers and the screen protectors should be removed prior to use. To remove the film, gently peel back starting from the corner. Once a small area has separated, gently pull back the remaining film and discard. We recommend checking the inside and outside surfaces of the screen protectors.

Shipping

We ship all orders within 24 business hours of the order being placed. Most orders placed prior to 1PM PST will be shipped out the same day.

 

 

The Joy Factory offers both standard and express shipping options, depending on your selected method most domestic orders are delivered within 2-5 business days.

 

 

The Joy Factory ships via UPS®, Fedex® and the United States Postal Service.

 

 

We gladly ship worldwide using FedEx International services.

 

 

The Joy Factory has now expanded shipping services to military and U.S. territories, including American Samoa; Guam; Northern Mariana Islands; Puerto Rico; U.S. Virgin Islands; and Armed Forces Americas, Europe, and Pacific. For items shipped with standard shipping to APO/FPO/U.S. territories, please allow 14 business days. Please note: at this time, we are currently unable to offer two-day and express shipping options to APO/FPO/U.S. territories.

 

International shipments are subject to customs and duty fees that are imposed by the countries customs, these fees MUST be paid in order for the shipper to deliver your package. These fees are separate from shipping fees paid when your order was placed. The Joy Factory does not cover these costs nor can estimate what these fees will be.

 

Once your order is processed and shipped you should receive an email containing tracking information, you can also obtain your tracking information by logging into your account and locating your order in your order history.

 

We know you are excited to receive your order. To ensure The Joy Factory exceeds your expectations, we will occasionally ship items in an order separately. Please rest assured, we will only charge one delivery fee per order regardless of the number of boxes received.

 

Local Pick Up provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery.

 

Warranty

The Joy Factory, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser on our products against defects in materials and workmanship for the period of one (1) year from the original purchase date unless otherwise specified.

If you purchased a product directly from www.thejoyfactory.com we offer a 30 day return policy from the original purchase date.

Please contact our support team directly at support@thejoyfactory.com and be sure to include a copy of your original receipt, photos of the product and/or issue, and your full contact information so that we can reach back out to you and take care of your RMA request.

 

The Joy Factory does not offer cross-shipping, in the event of an exchange the product must be first shipped back to our return center and upon receipt your replacement item will then be shipped out to you.

 

In the event of an exchange or a return the customer is solely responsible for return shipping costs, The Joy Factory does not provide any return shipping labels.

 

Ordering

Awaiting Payment - This is the first step in processing and means that your order has been received. Our system charges your card once your order ships, which is why the status "Awaiting Payment" is applied. This does not mean that there was an issue with your payment.

Awaiting Fulfillment - The second step in processing which means that our shipping department has begun processing your order and is preparing it for shipping.

Shipped - The final step in the process, once tracking is uploaded to your order the status will switch to "Shipped" and you will receive an email containing tracking information.

Most orders are shipped within an hour of the order being received, if you find a mistake on your order or need to make a modification please contact us immediately. We do not have the ability to change or modify orders- in the event of a change needing to be made your order will need to be cancelled and reordered with the correct information.

 

If an item is out of stock you will be notified by a member of our logistics team shortly after placing your order with the option to wait or to cancel the backordered item. We do not partial ship orders and your order will be shipped in full once the backordered item is back in stock.

 

The Joy Factory charges sales tax to all orders shipped within California. If you are a tax-exempt customer please contact us directly here.

 

All customers are more than welcome to purchase directly off of our web store by finding the product(s) you wish and adding them to your cart.

 

The Joy Factory partners with a majority of resellers in the channel such as CDW, Connection, Insight, SHI, and PCM. Please contact us directly for assistance in getting in touch with a reseller.

Payment

Currently we do not accept PayPal.

The Joy Factory issues a pre-authorization for the full amount of the purchase, these "pending" charges will be removed off of your statement within 2-3 business days.

 

No, The Joy Factory does not offer any price matching or price protection.

Yes, the majority of our products are produced in Taiwan which is a trade compliant country.

Here are some of the ways The Joy Factory has made this dream a reality:

  1. Make it reusable--We've traded in flashy, single-use plastic and shipped all our iPad cases and mounts in reusable and recyclable packaging.
  2. Make it smaller--We could have stopped at just using 100% recyclable packaging for our mounts. But no, we kept on engineering until we could find even smaller ways to package them. Now we use 20% less materials in our redesigned mount packaging.
  3. Make it better--All our packaging (if it's not reusable) is recyclable, so every purchase from The Joy Factory is one you can be proud of.

aXtion Edge iPhone Case

The aXtion Edge is a rugged protective case designed specifically for the iPhone 15 & iPhone 16. It offers enhanced drop protection, durability, and functionality while maintaining a slim profile.

The aXtion Edge Bundle includes the aXtion Edge case along with additional accessories, which may include a Holster and a Screen Protector depending on the option purchased. Please refer to the product description for exact contents (currently only available for iPhone 15).

Yes, the aXtion Edge is designed to be compatible with wireless charging and MagSafe accessories, allowing you to charge your iPhone 15 & iPhone 16 without removing the case.

The case is built with high-quality, impact-resistant materials that provide military-grade drop protection. It safeguards your iPhone against drops, bumps, and scratches.

No, the aXtion Edge is precisely engineered to allow full access to all cameras, buttons, speakers, and ports without any interference.

The aXtion Edge does not provide any additional water-resistance or waterproofing to your iPhone 15 or iPhone 16. It is designed primarily for drop protection and durability. For water-resistant protection, consider using waterproof accessories specifically designed for that purpose.

Yes, the cases are designed to accommodate styluses: • For iPad models: The case includes storage and access for the Apple Pencil. • For Microsoft Surface models: The case provides storage for the Surface Pen.

The aXtion Extreme case is covered under a one-year manufacturing warranty. The tablet is covered by the tablet manufacturer’s warranty. Contact tablet manufacturers for tablet technical support or warranty service. Contact The Joy Factory for case technical support and warranty service, or reinstallation of the case if a tablet replacement or repair is needed.

Yes, the case is compatible with MagConnect mounting accessories, enhancing its versatility and convenience.

 

This case and tablet solution cannot be charged anywhere in a hazardous environment. When in a safe environment free from explosive vapors, particles and debris the device can be charged by opening the Charging Port Cover on the case.

 

The tamper proof label must remain intact at all times. This ensures the tablet and case were installed in our certified installation centers. Tampering or removing the label voids the certified installation of the solution. See section “Label Inspection”.
